Job Description

Manage warehouse operations and full-cycle product procurement and delivery logistics for regional hub in Santa Ana, CA supporting branch locations throughout CA.

Essential Functions:

  • Operate a clean and safe warehouse environment, including identifying and mitigating safety hazards
  • Manage Warehouse stocking and organization
  • Manage Inventory Cycle Counts / Negative on-hands
  • Generate Purchase Orders
  • Manage Shipping and Receiving / Freight
  • Manage Branch Transfers
  • Work in coordination with centralized purchasing to manage product levels
  • Coordinate Customer orders
  • Maintain job cost information
  • Establish and maintain inventory Min/Max quantities
  • Delete unnecessary SKUs and organize SKU inventory between branches
  • Ability to routinely inspect and identify equipment issues and follow OSHA requirements
  • Responsible for executing opening and closing procedures for the warehouse
  • Handle and escalate any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other members of leadership

Qualifications

  • 2 years demonstrated success in overseeing warehouse and/or logistics management required
  • Experience directing the work of others to accomplish warehouse fulfillment needs
  • Ability and willingness to operate forklift, certification preferred but not required (we will train)
  • Proficient in relevant computer programs (e.g., MS Office Suite, inventory management/sales software such as Prelude, etc.)
  • Proficient English communication skills – written and verbal
  • Customer-service oriented – experience with internal and external customer relations
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and demonstrated organization and detail-oriented skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

75k-80k with an Annual incentive plan
