TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH BOARD TO CONDUCT WEBINAR: “USING TECHNOLOGY FOR PRACTICAL PURPOSES IN WORK ZONES”

AWP’s Eric Hulme, Director of Compliance, Training & Engineering, will be moderating a Webinar conducted by TRB on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 2:00PM to 3:30PM ET that focuses on current traffic control technologies that can help plan and evaluate work zone traffic management. It will also discuss future vehicle-to-worker technologies under evaluation which could enhance work zone safety.

This webinar was requested by the TRB Standing Committee on Work Zone Traffic Control. Participants must register in advance of the webinar, and there is a fee for non-TRB Sponsor or non-TRB Sustaining Affiliate employees. A certificate for 1.5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) will be provided to attendees who register and attend the webinar as an individual.
